Urvashi H.V.

Urvashi H.V. is an actor, writer, and advocate for mental health awareness and body positivity. She has played roles in five feature films and two web series. She's been in over twenty television commercials for brands like Cadbury and Google Duo. On stage, she's been a part of over ten Hindi and English theatre productions and stand up comedy shows in Bangalore and Chennai.

As a writer and content creator, Urvashi runs a YouTube channel, a blog on Medium and a page on Instagram which focus on mental health awareness and body positivity. Her work has been featured in digital publications such as The Quint, YourStory, Daily Hunt, The Better India, VoxSpace, and EatMyNews.
